The brief involved creating 185 workstations and over 300 storage cabinets, with a focus on ergonomic design and quality materials.

The client's IT team requested an integrated cable management solution, so POS designed a bespoke workstation with sliding tops for easy access to cable trays. This, combined with Humanscale’s M8 dual monitor arms and CPU holders, resulted in a virtually cable-free appearance.

Bespoke Storage for Clear Desks
Given the law firm's specific storage requirements, POS liaised with Techo’s Prague factory to design a bespoke personal storage solution aiding staff in maintaining a clear desk policy.
Through consultations, 3D visuals, and technical drawings, the client was able to customise the final storage arrangements.
Successful Phased Installation
The furniture installation, which commenced in November 2017, was executed in three phases, fitting seamlessly around the main contractor's schedule.
Despite the tight timeline, POS ensured a disruption-free relocation for the client, leading to a highly satisfactory result.
